Terms and conditions

With Mappper the user can:

• create a trip: upload photos and/or notes without any limits;
• make trips public (visible to all Mappper users and visitors to the www.mappper.com website) or private (visible only to the user who uploaded them);
• send e-mail invitations to visit your trips on the web.
• delete your account at any time from the web (www.mappper.com), with the subsequent deletion of all profile contents

When using Mappper, the user agrees not to upload material (photos and/or text) that may be offensive to the honour, decency, dignity, freedom of other people and to human rights in general, such as, as a mere example, racist or discriminatory, pornographic, defamatory, spam, pirate or copyright infringing material.

To this end, H-art S.r.l. specifies that:

• contents which are even in part contrary to what specified above will be removed;
• profiles of users who repeatedly violate these terms and conditions will be removed.

Lastly, H-art S.r.l. declines all responsibility arising from the violation of rights of third parties by users, which may entail claims for damages or of other nature.
